Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Slumber Sphere. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on most unused and unwashed items within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Please note:
Items that show signs of use, laundering, or damage may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@slumbersphere.com with your order details and mail subject "Return". Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t already been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us at contact@slumbersphere.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work to resolve it quickly - either with a replacement or refund.
*It is recommended to make a video while unboxing the package to avail the exchanges hassle-free.
